Warranty, Return and exchange information
Heartbreaker products are guaranteed to be free from defects caused by manufacturing for a period of two-years. We take great care to ensure that all our products are of the best quality and don’t mind to correct a problem should one occurs. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you experience a problem with a Heartbreaker product.
Starting on the day of delivery, you have 14 days to try out the product and exchange it for a different product if desired under the following rules:
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Only applies to Heartbreaker products directly bought from us.
Only applies to standard Heartbreaker products, not to custom builds or non-stock products.
The product is in an unaltered*, undamaged and complete state.
We are not responsible for any damage caused to the product during shipment to us. If the product arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, we are not obligated to replace or refund the product.
You are responsible for paying all shipping costs involved with exchanging the product.
If you purchased a Heartbreaker product from a reseller, then please contact them for handling warranty related matters.
Altering a pickup in any way*, will void all warranty. Obvious abuse and misuse will also void all warranty. We are not responsible for any damage caused by installation or use of non-supplied parts.
